Meet Richard
The person behind Richard Homes.
A premium experience doesn't need to feel complicated. It needs a small set of good decisions, made clearly, with someone straightforward on the other end.
Focused selection
Three models, chosen deliberately, instead of an overwhelming catalog.
Clear process
A defined path from your first conversation through delivery.
Project coordination
We coordinate the moving pieces of your project rather than leaving you to manage it alone.
Straightforward communication
Clear answers, and honest placeholders where a detail is still being finalized.
